Late 40s or Early 50s -Jonathan Logan- Girls tropical blue background wool 3/4 length sleeve mid length dress. Fold over collar, shirtwaist bodice, fitted waistline. Plaid pattern in shades of purplish-blue and olive, the bodice is gathered at the waist, bust darts, shaping darts below the waist on the straight skirt. A button front neck placket and button closures on the back. There is a pea size hole that has been mended on the front 4 inches above the hemline. Topmost button at collar is missing, but dress fastens at neck with loop collar and button. We thought it looked better without a mismatched top button and would likely be worn with the top button unbuttoned anyway.
