60s -Vogue Paris Givenchy Designer Large Format Pattern No. 1918- Petite Womens one piece dress and jacket. Loose fitting straight dress with high V-Nneckline and cap sleeves. Contour buttoned belt. Pockets in side seams. Slightly fitted double breasted jacket with bias collar has seven eights length kimono sleeves with gussets. Pattern has been cut. Previous owner handwrote -File July 1973- on back of pattern, but this pattern was printed in the 1960s.
