60s style (made in 90s) -Matsudu Harue- Womens rayon blend brocade short sleeve dress having an all over floral creamy white water-color pattern uses coral and avocado green for color appeal. The bodice has princess seaming and fastens asymmetrically on the left using square marbled ivory and green buttons. A matching buckle fastens the 1 1/2inch wide belt which is hand tacked to the lowered waist seam but could be passed thru the garment thread carriers instead. Wide box pleats detail the skirt. Inside is lined by a creamy white silky polyester fabric. This mid-length garment measures 35inches from shoulder to hem. Made in Japan. Matsuda was a favorite label of Empress Micchiko. Fabulous 60s styling!
