Late 70s -Nancy Stevens- Womens bright navy and white silky polyester sleeveless dress. The round faced neckline has a stand-up ruffled collar with a front navy button fastening into a loop with a hemmed 5inch slit below and having elastic waist shaping. A self-fabric belt may be used for additional contouring. This midi-length free-hip garment measures 43inches from shoulder to hem. A less than 1/2 inch yellow stain on left side stomach, barely noticable. 1 inch spot on middle front, just under belt. Several 1/2 to 1 inch yellow powdering looking spots, yellow ring around collar. Great for a costume.
