Late 80s -Tina Barrie- Womens black and rose pink multi-color cotton short sleeve dress having tightly gathered caps providing fullness and a 1 1/2inch fold back cuff finish. The neckline is finished by a wide lace trimmed collar which is rounded in the back and flows into the asymmetrical front closure having a trio of black buttons into loops. Elastic shapes the waistline with side thread carriers holding the 2inch wide fabric faced and vinyl backed belt. The large all-over floral print uses golden yellow red purple and green. This midi-length free-hip garment measures 45inches from shoulder to hem. A couple very faint yellow spots and area of faint pink color bleed toning on white collar. Made in USA.
