Late 80s -Albert Nipon- Womens lake blue and white silky polyester longsleeve dress being gathered into 3inch wide cuffs which are fastened by dual large blue buttons and end above the wrist area. The pull-over neckline has a front V-shaped band finish with the bodice without any shaping and a left side opening using snaps and a zipper. The lowered waist seam has the bodice blousing over it with the skirt flowing into a wide A-line using inset sections beginning 15inches up providing fullness. Inside has a white silky polyester lining it. The all-over pattern uses white star shapes with additional lines for emphasis. This midi-length garment measures 51inches from shoulder to hem. Made in Hong Kong. 1/2 inch by 1/4 inch brown stain on back of right cuff.
