Late 50s or Early 60s -Home Sewn- Womens icy rose pink and beige cocktail dress having layers of fine netting fabric over silky rayon underlining with dual colors of floral lace attached to the skirt net and used on the bodice. There are some toning spots which may be diminished by a professional cleaning. There is a V-shaped front and back neckline with a rear zipper close. The lace attaches over the bodice net using icy rose pink on the right front and the beige on the left wrapping around to both sides of the back. Lace used in the skirt alternates colors of cut-out sections that are stitched in place. The outer most layer of net extends 17inches from the side of the piping finished Basque waistline seam with the netting under that ending at the lining hem. There is a small repair to the net under one of the appliques. This mid-length garment measures 47inches from shoulder to hem.
