Newer than 90s -Sherri Hill- Womens/Girls sapphire blue background acetate polyester blend strapless above the knee length prom or cocktail dress. Open sweetheart neckline, fitted bodice, fitted waistline. Shimmering blue and teal sequin covered padded bust and back, with boning for support, solid blue ruched high waist, a silky lining, three layers of blue and light teal sheer chiffon with curled hems. Zipper back closure. There is a half inch mend on the front of the middle chiffon layer and several missing sequins on both sides of the bodice.
