90s -SL Fashions- Womens navy blended polyester/rayon short sleeve pull-over dress. The round neckline has a hemmed finish with the front bodice having a free-float outer fabric with a sleeveless under section which attaches at the shoulder seam which has underside padded definition. The outer fabric has a crinkle appearance with a textured trim and a floral inset piece adding eye appeal. A matching shades of blue inset piece and the trim detail is on the lower left skirt. There are some pinholes on the right side of the skirt lower section which are virtually invisible. This midi-length garment measures 45inches from shoulder to hem.
