80s style (made in 90s) -Missing Label- Womens aquamarine multi-color silky polyester short sleeve dress and matching cape with tight pleats puffing the caps. The round neckline is finished by the inner white silky synthetic lining and the back is closed by a back zipper. A2 1/2inch wide self-fabric belt may be knotted or bow tied and also may be double wrapped. Center back has a 9inch vent extending from the hem providing ease. The cape gathers into a 1inch band which has a hook and snap closing. It measures 8inches wide in the center front and rounds to a 23inch back length. The A-Line midi-length dress measures 44inches from shoulder to hem.
