Made in Philippines. Yellow toned spots on back of right sleeve ( 3/4 x 1/4 inch, 1/2 x 1/4, and 6 specks). Yellow toned specks on back of left sleeve (1/2 x 1/4 inch and 1/4 x 1/4 inch). May lessen with additional laundering.
