70s -Home Sewn- Womens black sheer polyester chiffon dress over a silky polyester lining having bell shaped short sleeves. The neckline is finished by a high stand-up band having a trio of hook and eye closing with a metal invisible zipper fastening the back. The bodice chiffon is gathered into the collar seam line for area shaping and lining straps giving wearing stability. Side fabric loops hold the narrow fabric belt which has commercial backing and a slip through buckle. This free hip full skirt floor length garment measures 56inches from shoulder to hem. 1 inch hole in left side of inner lining.
