Early 90s -karin stevens- Womens black rayon dress with below the elbow longsleeves having a pleat extending from the hem. The bodice has underside padded shoulder definition with front pleats shaping the bodice having the back fastened by black buttons and a zipper offering hip area entry ease. Pleats also detail each of the sleeve shoulder cap area. A fold over two-piece lace edged white collar finishes the round neckline. Stitched 7inches below the mid-waist band loose pleats below give skirt fullness. This maxi-length free-hip garment measures 50inches from shoulder to hem. This garment was made in Korea.
