70s -Home Sewn- Womens white semi-sheer silky polyester longsleeve dress which has ruffled lace and white satin trim detailing sleeve cuffs hem area and bodice. The high round neckline has a stand-up band slightly ivory collar with a V-shaped front lace only yoke below having clearly white buttons detailing the center. The back has a zipper closing and long extensions coming from each side seam may be knotted or bow tied. Inside is lined by white opaque silky polyester fabric.
