Tapered fit, red piping trim, triple chevron patches on the sleeves, goldtoned eagle and anchor buttons, shoulder epaulet accents, accent buttons on the cuffs, a single back vent. Side belt loops, a stand up stiff collar with hook closure. Four flapped pockets with button closures and square hemline. Inside is unlined except for the sleeves are lined with acetate. There is no belt.
