The bodice is elongated and has a diagonal dropped waist seam line having a gathered ruffle which goes from 7inches on the right to 12Inches Wide on the left. A second 9inch ruffle attaches to the underskirt providing dual layers of interest. This mid-length garment measures 37inches from shoulder to hem.
