40s -McCalls Pattern No. 2509- Womens one piece dress having a front buttoned bodice styled with scallops at the neck and armhole edges. The softly flared skirt cut on the bias grain is seamed down the center front and back. In style 1 saddle stitching outlines the neck front and armhole edges. A self or purchased belt may be used. Style 2 is finished with a contrasting sash. This is missing the front and back bodice pieces. User could take generic bodice pieces and make the scallops using the facing pieces for cutting purposes.
