40s -Union Label- Womans black synthetic based hat with black fabric covered exterior. The side walls rise 3inches above the brim which tapers from 1inch in the back to a front 3inch width. Bow draped fabric detail the side walls and pleated fabric provides design appeal on the brim. An initial shaped broach with rhinestones is of later vintage and could be taken off.
