Gathered skirt with shorter hemline in front, longer in back, sheer crinolin under for flare, sheer black lace over the bodice, banded and bow accents on the sheer lace sleeves, a large bow accent in back. Zipper back closure. There is some minor darker toning on the hemline in back, barely noticeable.
