30s -Skillcraft Quality Clothes Toronto- Mens two piece tuxedo suit with black wool flannel tuxedo jacket with single breated styling, medium width peaked lapels with black silk satin facing, one button, flapped inset pockets, waisty fitted silhouette, ventless back, and full satin lining, and slightly lighter (not Skillcraft) black wool flannel tuxedo pants with flat front, button fly, slightly tapered legs, plain cuffless hems, black grosgrain side leg trim, inset front and back pockets, and suspender buttons, dated Dec. 8, 1930 on jacket pocket tag (minor thread mend on lower edge of jacket lapels, and 1 inch area of fabric snagging next to one hip pocket, otherwise a pretty well preserved example of late 20s early 30s style tuxedo suit). Jacket has a tapered fit, measuring 18. 5 inches pit to pit, 17. 5 inches measured 2 inches down from the pit, 17 inches at the narrowest part (5 inches down from the pit). Narrow shoulders measure 16 inches from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Lapel to shoulder seam measures 6.5 inches. Shoulder seam to cuff measures 22.5 inches. Shoulder seam to hem (overall length) measures 26 inches. Cuffs have 1.75 inches of fabric, so the pants could be let down at least 1.25 inches.
