60s -Home Sewn- Womens white, satin, floor length Wedding dress. The bodice has a rounded V shaped front and back neckline, with fine netting and lace over the satin, and rising slightly beyond it. The bodice has vertical and French dart shaping. The skirt gathers to the V shaped waist seam, in a trio of layers above the satin. The first is netting and lace, dropping 12in, with the 6in of lace finishing the edge and extending longer to the sides. The second is of netting only and drops 40in all the way aroundand the 3 layer follows the front dress length of 43in. The back skirt has only two layers of net, with the underside one following the 43in length. The train extends an additional 18in and the lace edge on the netting extending 3. 0in beyond that. It also has an underside loop, to facilitate a hand carry of the train. The dress has 30 fabric covered buttons that fasten into loop close. This front length garment measures 58in from shoulder to hem. This free-hip garment would benefit from a professional steaming.
