We ship daily, Monday through Friday. If you place your order before 6:30am Pacific Time (9:30am Eastern) on weekdays, it will ship out the same day. After this time, it will ship out by the next Business Day.

In the USA, we offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail (3-4 business days), USPS Ground Advantage (5-6 business days), Fedex Ground (5-6 business days), Fedex 2nd Business Day, and Fedex Next Business day.

Outside the USA, we offer shipping via USPS International Air (under 3lbs, 2-3 weeks), USPS International Priority Mail (8-12 business days), USPS Express International (5-7 business days), Fedex International Plus (6-9 days), or Fedex International Priority (2-5 days).

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and your location. When you add an item to your shopping cart, you'll be prompted to enter your country and postal code. After doing so, all shipping options with delivery times and costs will be displayed.

We're based Oregon, the land of no sales tax. We will not charge you US state sales tax on any order.

We are based in Oregon and ship to most countries worldwide. After adding an item to your shopping cart, select your country in order to see shipping rates and delivery times.

Shipments outside of the US are subject to local taxes, duties and customs charges. We list all items as merchandise with the invoice value.

Taxes/VAT and Customs/Duty Charges can add 15-30%+ to the cost of your order and most countries do charge duties and taxes on the shipping charges themselves.

We do our best to make sure all of our items are accurately described. If you have questions regarding our sizes, please see our Sizing Charts.

Item Descriptions will denote any flaws, such as tears, frays, stains, or discoloration.

So we're hoping you'll be happy with your purchase. If not, send it back to us within 15 days, along with a copy of your receipt, and we'll credit back your credit card. Due in part to our arrangement with our consignment suppliers, we cannot accept returns exceeding 15 days. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.

Restocking fees:

No restocking fee on returns under $200
Returns Exceeding $200 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns exceeding $400 will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Returns exceeding $1000 will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt of your order.
