What is your Return Policy?
Returns for Refund:
We want you to be happy with your purchases. We accept returns for any reason so long as they are postmarked within 15 days of the day you receive your order. Your credit card, paypal or amazon pay account will be credited within 15 days of receipt of your return. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.
No restocking fee on returns under $200
Returns Exceeding $200 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns exceeding $400 will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Returns exceeding $1000 will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Shipping (When, where, how much?)
We ship right away! Orders placed by 11:00am pacific time Monday-Friday always ship the same day.
We ship nearly everywhere! Shipping options, delivery times & costs will be displayed in your cart.
We offer US shipping via Postal Service, UPS Ground, 2nd day or Overnight.
We ship most to places worldwide - International orders are shipped via US Airmail, Priority Mail, or UPS Express.
Shipping costs vary according to the size of your order. When placing your order, you will have an opportunity to select your ship to country & view our calculated rates.
International customers are responsible for taxes and duties. UPS processes customs in advance, assuring faster delivery than USPS but does collect an additional fee to do so (typically around $18) in addition to taxes and duties.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal and Amazon Pay.
Are you buying?
Occasionally. While we're not actively seeking to buy additional inventory at this time (our 9,000 sq foot warehouse is just about full!), we do occasionally buy lots of 50+ items. We do require that all items be in flawless condition (no visible tears, holes, stains or missing buttons).

Is my information safe?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.
Any information you submit is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider. We do not store or have access to your credit card number.
