1970's Womens Pattern

70s -Simplicity Pattern No. 6746- Misses bias skirt in four lengths and tie. The flared skirt with back zipper and waistband has matching tie belt which can also be worn as a scarf or as a headband. V.1 is short length. V.2 is regular length. V.3 is below knee length. V.4 is ankle length.
