1960's Womens/Child Pattern

60s -Simplicity pattern no. 4121- Childs skirt, jacket with or without sleeves and blouse: Blouse has front button closing, collar and three-quarter length set-in sleeves gathered to sleeve bands. Skirt has pressed or unpressed pleats, left side opening, elastic in back waistband and buttoned suspenders. Collarless jacket is below waist length and has front button closing.
