1960's Womens/Child Pattern

60s -Simplicity pattern no. 5046- Childs shift jumper, blouse and pants. Transfer for applique included. Blouse has a small collar and roll-up sleeves. Loose-fitting jumper is sleeveless with bateau neckline. Pants have elastic casing at waistline. Pattern envelop has torn edges.
