1960's Mens/Childs Pattern

60s -Simplicity- Pattern no. 4964 Boys Shirt with Convertible Cuff: Shirt has back yoke with a forward should seam. Sleeves are set-in and there are flat fell seams for armholes and side seams. Shirt button closes at front and has a straight lower edge. There is a pocket on the upper left side.
