1960's Womens/Childs Pattern

60s -Simplicity Pattern No.4568- Womens/Childs jumper and blouse, with the blouse having a collar, longsleeves, and back button close. The jumper has a deep inverted pleat at the center front and has an optional square collar and shaped pocket with braid trim. It has a back zipper closing. There is not a construction guide enclosed with the pattern.
