70s -Simplicity- pattern no. 6621 Misses Shirt Jacket, Blouse and Pants: The top stitched shirt jacket gathered to yokes has stand up collar, extended shoulders, front band and button closing, curved slits in side seams, button trimmed patch pockets, set in sleeves with turn back cuffs and optional purchased belt. The top stitched blouse wtih front stitched to back at forward shoulder seams has shirt type collar and band, front band and button closing and long set in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. The pants have front zipper, waistband and optional purchased belt.
