80s -Missing Label- Womens natural white background cotton rectangular, three button front hippie poncho jacket with fold over cotton rib knit collar, open sides, fringe along the bottom hem with cool shades of red, pink and green hand painted tulips and the name -Betty- on the right front with more tulips painted large across the back shoulders. The bottom two wooden buttons are decorative only, the top one is the only one that actually buttons.
