Late 50s or early 60s -Alfred Angelo designed by Edythe Vincent- Womens white satin wedding dress. This has a fitted empire bodice, flowing into an A-line shaping. Vertical darts extend from the front hip area and accomplish the bodice shaping, along with darts that extend down, from the scooped, wide, round neckline. Set in long sleeves end above the wrist, with a 5. 0in bell shaped, satin bow and lace trimmed, flounce. The bodice, flounce and lower dress have a lace covering, which has a wide scalloped edge finish, with a cording running through out. The center front and top of the sleeve have tiny pearl beads, stitched in a circle, with a bodice bead detailing adding eye appeal. The back has a zipper close, with covered buttons and loops adding eye appeal over the area, which may be used or not. This dress is constructed with only a center back seam line. It is slightly longer in the back. An 80in long train attaches by hooks into loops on each shoulder. It measures 40in across the lower hem and is lace trimmed. Inside each garment has a synthetic lining that cleanly finishes raw edges. Accompaning the garment are lace hand covers, with a thumb opening, a comb, with a beaded lace head detailing, which could be used for veil fabric and a blue lace trimmed garter.
