60s -Label Missing- Womens ivory cream, stiff base, fabric surface hat, having a 3.0in downward flow brim. Soft netting covers the brim, and is held by tiny, narrow, side and back satin bows. Center front has a dark taupe, fabric covered button, with light taupe synthetic fiber flowers adding additional design interest, on each side. Inside the hat has a center ring, with a wire wrapped stiffed piece holding it close to the head.
