1970's Womens Mod Dress
70s -Union Label- Womens silky polyester, hot pink, dropped waist dress, having set in longsleeves gathering into a 1.50in buttoned cuff. A zipper closes the front, below high lapels, and a neckline finished by a fold over collar, with extended sharp points. A yellow button details the top of the zipper, with a hook securing it. Large sunny yellow flame shaped swirls, detail the dart shaped bodice and are edged in hot pink, with white flowers having yellow centers, and foliage that is tinged with yellow and lavender, all placed on a lavender background. Lace details the lowered seam, with hot pink polyester stretch knit fabric used for the short skirt section. Textured white dots add additional eye interest. This mini length garment measures 35in from shoulder to hem.
