70s -Seagoing Uniform Corporation- Mens faded blue cotton polyester navy issue bell bottoms with front and back patch pockets, metal zip fly, 23 inch Bells. Nice light even fading on front, with heavery fading and wear on seat of pants. Small abrasion mark on left back pocket.
