1970's Womens Pattern
Early 70s -Butterick pattern No. 4220- Womens sewing pattern for young junior teen top and skirt. Close fitting top gathered into inset front band has narrow square neckline, short sleeves gathered at caps, and shaped hemline. Flared four gore skirt in two lengths has waistband. Pattern never cut. (Envelope has light toning.)
