Topped with brown foldable waistband made of cotton jersey knit and Christmas Sweatshirt panels with ginger bread men, snowmen, snowflakes, reindeer with ribbons that jingle and stockings. Other sweatshirt panels are royal blue, red,shades of green, and sea foam blue. Each skirt is newly handmade in Oregon from 80s, 90s and newer Ugly Christmas Sweatshirts by our own seamstresses.
