Topped with blue foldable waistband made of cotton jersey knit and Christmas Sweater panels with snowflakes, poinsettias, a wreath, a gingerbread man, holly, ornaments and abstract patterns. Other sweater panels are red, green, white and grey. Each skirt is newly handmade in Oregon from 80s, 90s and newer Ugly Christmas Sweaters by our own seamstress.
