Topped with red foldable waistband made of cotton jersey knit and Christmas Sweater panels with snowmen, Santa, gingerbread men, and toys. Other sweater panels are red, black, blue, and green. Each skirt is newly handmade in Oregon from 80s, 90s and newer Ugly Christmas Sweaters by our own seamstresses. LED Lights use replaceable L44 watch style batteries - batteries inclued. Lights can be easily removed and replaced for washing.
