80s Style authentic vintage -Southern Lady- Womens royal blue background acrylic pullover longsleeve multi-colored flashing lightup Ugly Christmas sweater, mock turtleneck collar with a snowman in top hat and scarf standing outside an arched mullioned window on a snowy day. A snowflake design adorns the collar, cuffs, and bottom. Plain royal blue on back. Batteries included. A faint dark line (less than 1inch long) is on the snowy part of one window pane and at the bottom of the snowman. Minor pilling.
