80s style -Northern Isles- Unisex/Childs red background cotton ramie blend pullover longsleeve multi-colored flashing lightup Ugly Christmas sweater, round neckline with an appliqued wreath adorned with sequins and beads. Black velvet stripping loop stitched around collar and cuffs. Plain red on back. Batteries included. Minor pilling and some loose threads. (made for a girl but would work on a boy too)
