1990's Womens Wicked 90s Cocktail Dress
90s-Nostalgia- Womens white, rayon, pull-over dress, having short sleeves. Floral lace, with seven crepe inserts, extending in a triangle shaping, 17in up from the hem edge, is used for the outer section, which attaches in armholes and shoulder seams. This same fabric is used for the dress underneath. Both layers have a front V neckline, with the lower layer having a lace trim, adding eye interest. Pads are hand tacked into shoulder seams. This mid-length garment measures 38.50in from shoulder to hem.
