40s -Advance Pattern No. 4754- Womens one piece dress, in street or floor length, with puffed short sleeves, and a front zipper close, below wide fold over collar lapels. Gathered heart shaped patch pockets attach on each side front and fabric belt may be placed around the waist. Pattern pieces are not printed.
