70s -Simplicity Pattern No. 5156- Womens ankle or mini length dress or jumper has V shaped neckline, sailor type collar, front zipper, patch pockets, and optional braid and ribbon tie. The bell bottom pants have back zipper, elastic waist shaping and optional braid trim. (Spotting on envelope)
