60s -Lewis- Womens black paten leather clutch purse, having a squared rectangular envelope flap close, with a gold tone snap fastening. The flap has a gold tone decorative face piece. Inside has a slip in rear wall pocket using an ivory faille fabric. The remainder of the open compartment is finished by black faille fabric.
