1940's Womens Sewing Pattern
40s -Simplicity Pattern No. 2072- Womens dress, with the bodice having a U neckline, having gathers at the front edge and darts at the back waistline. An extended shoulder is featured. The flared skirt, seamed down the center front and back, joins the bodice at the natural waistline under a purchased or fabric belt. In style 1, the front peplum is softly gathered at the upper edge, and shoulder seams are trimmed with embroidered edging.
