80s -Victoria Royal LTD- Womens green sheer chiffon, nylon blend floor length totally 80s designer cocktail dress with heavy intricate gold tone, pink opalescent and blue bead work along bodice and longsleeves, back zip closure and drop waist seaming with over sized bow at loose horizontal pinch pleated seam and full skirt. Limited line and very hard to find. (Dress is pinned to fit mannequin).
