1980's Womens Totally 80s Flapper Inspired Disco Dress

80s - Chez- Womens aqua, polyester crepe, longsleeve dress, with a faced round neckline, which has a zipper back close. The shoulder seams are forward, with the long dropped waist upper section, gathering into them. Elastic shapes the lower seam, with the skirt fastening into it. Four tiers of rayon fringe give it a 30s flapper appearance. This mid-length garment measures 43in from shoulder to hem, but is designed to have the elastic around the hip, with the top blousing over it, making it somewhat shorter, when worn.
