70s -Label Unreadable- Womens navy, polyester stretch, crepe dress, having short sleeves. Gentle gathers in the shoulder seams provide bodice shaping. A band collar, with tie extensions, finishes the round neckline, with navy buttons fastening the front, to the elastic shaped waist. Side thread carriers hold the 1.0in wide matching fabric belt, which has vinyl backing, and a rectangular slip thru buckle.
