Late 60s or early 70s -Union Label- Womens floor length, white, wedding dress having a satin acetate skirt, attaching to the piping finished lower mid-section seam, with a center front inverted pleat, and a gather on each side over it. Pleats also are used in back, creating lower skirt fullness. Inside has a cut in one with the fabric underlining, while tiers of net add shape. Floral lace us used over the bodice and the longsleeves, with lace appliques adding design interest to the hip area. The lace has iridescent sequins adding sparkle. The bodice has princess seaming. The acetate fabric rounds and attaches into the armhole seams. Scallops finish the rounded neckline of the lace, as well as the wrist area of the sleeves. A zipper closes the back, with hooks to conceal it. This garment measures 58in from shoulder to hem. Simple, elegant and timeless bridal gown.
