1960's Womens Apron
60s - No Label - Aprons can be used as a fashion statement, clothes protector or as home decor. This apron would make a great window, open shelf cover, or just to hang on the wall. Mix and match aprons for wider spaces. Cut the ties off to use as tie backs. Use as is or cut the apron in half and stitch or iron on a hem. Its already gathered, just slip thru the open band ends. This piece is out of a blended cotton fabric, with one large, right side, patch pocket. Vivid green and deep pink are used in vertical bands. Alternating wider bands have flowers and paisleys or Fleur di lis, both are on a royal purple background. Dark grass green rick-rack adds additional eye interest, along the hem edge. The apron band measures 19in across, each tie is 27in, and it is 17.5in from waist to hem.
